I know there are a tremendous amount of people suffering right now.

Dealing with mandates, mental health crisis, family feuds, friends lost, suicides, drug and alcohol abuse, job in jeopardy, dealing with your schools, the list goes on and on.

This has all taken a toll on all of us, regardless of what side you are on.

Remember this 👇🏼

It’s always darkest right before sunrise.
As we are experiencing this darkness, we must choose to light the candle, for not only ourselves, but for others, so it can guide all of us through the darkness to a safe and sane future.

Hang in there.

The sun will come up.
When it does, it will be glorious. Everyone will then see the trail we all blazed together as a movement.

It will be so wide, so big, so full of light, so full of HOPE that everyone that doubted us, hated on us, attacked us, will have to humbly follow.

A study of 80,000 people found that combining aerobic exercise (walking, elliptical, swimming, etc.) with resistance training reduced premature death from any cause by 23% and death from cancer by 31%. The resistance training does not have to be a big work out with weights. Adding push ups, sit ups, squats, and lunges was enough to do the job.

"Dr Kingsbury does such great work every time I go in! There are times where I could barely get out of my car due to lower back pain, and walk out feeling back to %100! Save your money and skip going to the chiropractor who continues to do the same exact routine every time you walk in. Dr. K listens to what pain you are dealing with that day and attacks it!
