Last month I was able to take the next level of John F Barnes Myofascial Release ™️ in Niagra Falls, NY. Your fascial system should be free flowing much like a river, but when we are faced with trauma whether it’s mental, emotional, or physical our body remembers and stores the trauma in the fascia. When this happens our body begins to harden and restictions in the system begin to happen.

The fascial sytem is a three-dimensional web 🕸️ of connective tissue that runs through every muscle, organ, bone, and nerve in the body and its job is to support, enclose, protect and separate all the structures while facilitating movement.
