An update to my Covid--19 protocols:
I adhere to CDC and Michigan Dept. of Health and Human Services guidelines for the safety of my clients and myself during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This includes sanitizing my office space and the surrounding areas (including hallways, stairways, elevator and bathroom contact areas) before and after each massage or individual Yoga class; proper sanitation of my table and sheets and/or Yoga props (individual Yoga students are required to bring their own mats); ALWAYS wearing a mask, and additionally, a face shield myself when I'm in close proximity to my client or student; and requiring my clients and students to wear a mask when they are in my building; utilizing an air purifier that filters down to .3 microns, which runs at all times in my studio. I also have reduced my offerings. I am no longer doing outcalls for individuals or vacationers in their homes or rental cottages. And for the time being, I am only offering in-studio, single person Yoga classes. I monitor and document my own sense of well-being, take my temperature prior to following through on any massage appointment or individual Yoga class, and cancel if I feel sick.
