I am a 57-year-old wife and mother to a creative princess and an army girl. I have been a licensed in-home childcare provider for the last 25 years. I have also been a business owner for 21 years in the wellness industry. Why am I here, well I have decided to start my wellness journey online. Scary, yup! but I am excited to see what God has in store for me.

My wellness journey actually started when I was looking for “green” cleaners, only because I wanted to start teaching my young daughters at the time how to clean the house and I didn’t want them to touch toxic cleaners. From there I learned about supplementing our diet with high quality vitamins, minerals, and proteins. Over the years I have gained knowledge and understanding about how our bodies work and how health plays such a major role in our lives. Having balance in your life is so important not just in health but in family, your faith, work, and within your flock.

Since using supplements my husband’s allergies have been kept in control, and my daughters rarely get sick. In my 25 years of childcare I only had to take off four days for being sick. Amazing, right!! I have decided to bring my wellness journey online to help educate, share, and provide valuable resources to help you find your balance to live a Healthy Lifestyle.
