🌌The second workshop of our Winter Yoga Workshop series is this Sunday at 9 AM. We would love to have you join us!
✨Slow down and soften into gratitude with a cozy yin class designed to open the hips and the heart. Like a warm hug for your fascia, this practice invites you to reflect on abundance and give thanks for the little things (like savasana 🧦 socks!!)
🧘♀️What is Yin Yoga? Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, relaxing practice that targets deep connective tissues through relaxed, long-held, passive stretches, enhancing flexibility and cultivating inner stillness. It encourages mindfulness and relaxation, allowing for a deeper connection with both body and mind. The poses are on the ground.
Following the workshop we will have an optional, fun, hands-on 'Make Your Own Bath Salts' event to continue your journey of relaxation and self-care. Perfect as we enter the holiday season !! 🛁
Each time you attend a winter yoga workshop you will have the benefit of exercise, community, and a ticket into the raffle for a gift certificate for a mani/pedi with Madison at True Serenity, who will have you feeling completely pampered !
