Welcome to G3 Physical Therapy! We are an outpatient clinic located in downtown Hollidaysburg, PA.

G3 Physical Therapy welcomes Kristen Hrivnak to the G3 team! 💫

Kristen received her undergraduate and master’s of science in physical therapy from Boston University in 2001. Kristen is also a certified strength and conditioning coach.

She has over 20 years of experience as a physical therapist treating patients in an orthopedic setting; as well as 4 years treating children with developmental disabilities; ages birth to 5.

Kristen moved to central PA from Albany, N.Y. In 2009. Her most recent position was working for Penn State Health treating post-surgical patients and orthopaedic conditions. She recently moved to Altoona, PA where she lives with her husband and step-daughter, Hadley age 10.

Dr. Taylor Edmiston is a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist certified in treating pelvic floor dysfunction. Check out her Facebook and Instagram for more info on all her services including managing pain, movement and exercise during pregnancy and postpartum.

*Edmiston Physical Therapy is located in the G3 Physical Therapy clinic in downtown Hollidaysburg.

Our goal is always to reduce your pain so you can get back to safely and freely moving through life 💫

While we definitely don’t abide by “no pain, no gain”, introducing new exercises and movement will occasionally cause temporary discomfort. This is sometimes part of the process to get your body moving properly to reduce pain and prevent future injury.
