WELCOME!
My name is Bianca Cothen. I am a birth professional ready to help support your parenting journey! And what a Transformational Journey it is!
I believe that pregnancy is your chance to redefine yourself and become the best version of you in a new life. Pregnancy and child rearing is your opportunity to grow a new identity and pursue true happiness. Your Body & Mind is primed and ready for a lasting personal shift during the pregnancy process. You deserve to be the person you want to be! You are worth it! I Believe that in order to be comfortable enough to redefine yourself you need to have a nurturing environment, feel supported and safe. That is where my role as a doula and educator comes in. This is my WHY!
My services include birth doula care, postpartum doula care, and mindful childbirth education. I provide educational, emotional and physical support during the pregnancy, birth and postpartum time. Birth doulas are non medical professionals. We focus solely on the emotional and physical wellbeing of individuals and help support and encourage a positive journey through the childbearing years.
