Back is sore? Even after you attempted the shovel squat this weekend? We hear ya. It’s the repetitive nature of the task… lots of bending, lifting, twisting, and then sitting.
But, we’ve got you covered. Here are a few easy and gentle stretches you can try to get your back feeling a bit looser and more comfortable.
