Happy New Year to all you beautiful people. It’s been a really good year and looking forward to what this year has in store.

If I’m being honest though the first 3 quarters of this year were not what I expected. What I was expecting was that TLC would grow as much as it did in 2024 and that was a hard truth to swallow when we didn’t. The business was still doing well and it still looked like it was doing well on the outside but the reality is I knew I was meant for more and needed guidance. Truth is I hadn’t had one on one mentorship since when I first opened. In 2024 it was an expansion year with expanding into a bigger space, hiring team, gaining .bod_e_work as an in person massage therapist for the office (which hey if you haven’t had a massage from her do yourself a favor and GOOOO), and grew the practice.

I thought 25’ would be the same, but I realized in the 4th quarter of this year I had to do something different. So I gained 2 mentors and and am looking forward to what this year has in store with expanding not only myself but my business that helps serve such wonderful people.

Yes this is more or less a little behind the scenes, but it’s the real, the raw, and no fluff. That’s how we try to be at Thriving Life Chiropractic! Open, honest, and empowering… It’s always a never ending journey!

Here is to a great YEAR ahead!

Merry LATE Christmas. Soaking in all the family fun with the family. Very different than last year in the best way possible as it seemed like everyone except for a few were under the weather. Not this year! We were all very grateful and enjoyed Christmas with everyone on Dr. Cassidy’s side and on her boyfriend’s side.

The daily grind that no one sees. New things and an elevated life have been coming in full swing this season.

Working with patients is so fun but just as important is working on the business. After all how are we suppose to be the best we can be if we don’t expand and work towards getting better? What are you doing to help grow and expand yourself?

Fun fact many patients ask if Dr. Cassidy gets adjusted. This is proof that yes she does get adjusted LOL. Last month she had the pleasure of getting adjusted by a mentor in Knoxville Dr. Sara and today by a friend/colleague Dr. Kenton in San Luis Obispo!
