We are a family-focused, neurologically based chiropractic office serving children and parents in the Hollister and surrounding community. We are hiring a long-term team member who wants more than a front desk job — someone to become the person who carries the patient journey in our chiropractic clinic.
This position is ideal for someone who is a leader, enjoys people, communicates confidently, is detail oriented, and wants to grow into a meaningful healthcare career.
Hours: 32-35 hours/week
Normal office Schedule:
M, T, Th: 9-12:15 & 3-6:15
W: 3-6:15
**While this is normal patient hours we usually arrive around 8:15am and leave for lunch around 1pm and then start back at 2:30- sometimes as late as 7:30pm depending on the paperwork
+ short weekend admin hours (2-3 hrs)
What You’ll Grow Into
You will be trained to take ownership of the patient experience and care journey, including:
Educate patients about chiropractic care (Spanish & English)
Confidently review care plans and financial options
Perform office scans
Support families through their care journey
Communicate with new patients and leads
Help children feel comfortable during visits
Coordinate scheduling and patient flow
This is a communication-heavy, patient-facing role where you will be expected to grow into confidence and leadership.
