Let's do this! Starting this Friday, I'll be teaching Park Yoga again! 930am at Santana Ranch Park in Hollister. Come out and start your weekend off with movement and fresh air. Kids are welcome join in or play on the playground. This is a beginner friendly class.

Hello! 🤩 So it may or may not have been over a year since I've posted anything here. Coming back posts are always so awkward. I've spent most of the last year teaching yoga but on a very small, word of mouth basis. It's time to jump back in!

New month, New schedule 💟 I've had many people interested in Family Yoga, but not able to make it during the week. I now have TWO times that I'm offering that class - Tuesdays and Saturdays 🤸‍♀️
In addition to that, I've moved my adults class to Thursday mornings.
I still need to update my website to reflect these changes, but I can't wait to see you and your little ones in a class. Updates will be completed by tomorrow.

Family Yoga is where it's at 😍 Just finished week 2 of stretching and playing and I love it so so much.
Reminders about this class:
❤ Your little ones, especially the 2-3 year olds, have their own agenda. That's OK! I don't worry about them not sitting still or not being into an activity.
❤️ Class is for getting wiggles out, having fun and practicing new skills! Yoga is a practice (for both kids and adults) and each time looks different.

Did you know that March and the Spring Equinox is the true beginning of the year? That makes it the perfect time to reevaluate your goals, set new routines and begin yoga!

Check out my schedule for March

-Family Yoga: For kids ages 3-6 and their grown up, we'll spend an hour each week learning yoga poses and how to calm our minds, all while having fun! Games, stories and lots of movement. The 4-week series is $70 or $20 week by week.

-Zoom Mindful Pause: This 45 minute class begins with journaling and reflection and transitions into a gentle Yin practice. Class takes place online over Zoom.

-Flow Yoga: Join me each Saturday for an hour flow class in downtown Hollister. All levels welcome!
