This summer, we’re hosting our very first Inclusive Manufacturing Camp for high school students with disabilities — and it’s going to be anything but boring.

Camp will be:

1) Hands-On — Campers will try all sorts of projects while learning new skills and ways to navigate challenges.
2) Eye-Opening — Campers will experience what it’s like to work at Red Monkey, Inc., one of Springfield’s largest manufacturers.
3) Confidence-Building — Campers will complete a capstone project from start to finish and enjoy the confidence that comes with it.
4) Fun! — Campers will meet other students from around the region and build friendships.
5) Free — This 4-week experience for students 16+ is completely free. Participants only need transportation to and from camp.
