I normally don’t do these things but aside from the three arms and the candle (maybe it’s beeswax?) this pretty much nailed what a typical work day looks like for me. Lab tests, gut health, nervous system work and my pesky cat HB! Love it!

2026 planning: Slasher style!

Hahahaha! I just had to share this because it’s hilarious. I’m on my annual work retreat where I take myself to a tiny, beautiful town and go full hermit to plan my year. I love it here because it’s beautiful, quiet, the fresh air hits hard and I can dial in, focus and be so productive!

This trip has been a little different because they’ve been chainsawing outside of my room all day today. Fingers crossed they’re almost done. If not, I’ll just take the laugh and roll with it.

You’re anxious, overwhelmed and so stressed out! So what are you going to do about it?

Here are three easy things that you can do to start your day off right by grounding yourself and supporting your nervous system.

1️⃣ Get sunlight in your eyes within 30 minutes of waking.
2️⃣ Add breath work to your morning routine. Try Box Breathing or the 4-7-8 technique to reset your nervous system.
3️⃣ Add Body Scanning to your morning routine to ground yourself, get in tune with your body and reduce stress.

Energy truth-bombs incoming!

⚡️ Your explosive diarrhea isn’t normal and it’s literally draining the energy out of your body.

⚡️ Sleep matters and four hours of sleep won’t cut it.

⚡️ You’re blaming your cortisol levels for low energy but you’re not managing your stress, getting daily sunshine or enough sleep.

⚡️ Your gut health can affect your energy levels. If you aren’t breaking down and absorbing your food (because your gut is unhealthy) then you may be undernourished… if you’re undernourished your body will struggle to make energy.

⚡️ Even if your doctor says your TSH is “normal” you can still have thyroid issues that will affect your energy levels.

⚡️If you have high levels of toxins in your body and your body is struggling to eliminate them… this can deplete your energy.

⚡️Parasites! You probably have them and yes, they are literally sucking the life out of you.
