You’re anxious, overwhelmed and so stressed out! So what are you going to do about it?
Here are three easy things that you can do to start your day off right by grounding yourself and supporting your nervous system.
1️⃣ Get sunlight in your eyes within 30 minutes of waking.
2️⃣ Add breath work to your morning routine. Try Box Breathing or the 4-7-8 technique to reset your nervous system.
3️⃣ Add Body Scanning to your morning routine to ground yourself, get in tune with your body and reduce stress.
