It’s Friday!!! Happy weekend to ya! Wishing you all the most chill and laid back weekend possible.

Here’s your reminder to put away the work, relax, spend time with someone who makes you laugh, or spend time by yourself doing whatever makes you happy.

Give yourself the permission to take a break and reset your stress levels and your nervous system. You can come back Monday full of energy and all fired up to get things done after you’ve made yourself a priority this weekend.

I went for a walk in a creek bed today. I found just the right spot to sit and put my feet in the water (nature’s ice bath, lol!). Did you know that the healthy foods you are eating could be making you sick? Food sensitivity testing was a total game changer for my health and that’s why I run anti-inflammatory Food Sensitivity testing for so many of my clients. Let’s take a look at how this test helped one of my clients within a week of making some minor changes…

Hint: he stopped consuming cow’s milk as soon as he received these test results. This resulted in reducing phlegm production which was one of his main complaints. I’m excited to see how his health continues to improve as he implements the program I designed for him!
