Thank you to our incredible panelists for sharing their insights and experiences during our discussion on Supporting Veterans and Their Family Members.

Your dedication, expertise, and personal stories shed light on the challenges veterans face and the meaningful ways we can better serve those who have served us.

As winter sweeps in, we want to make sure our community is informed on when the Warming Center will operate.

The Center operates when the hourly temperature is 32 degrees or below at some point overnight. We utilize the KY3 Weather app to monitor the weather.

When the temperature calls for the center to open, we will post on Facebook and open the doors at 6 p.m.

We’re grateful to everyone who came together this week—SNAP recipients, food resource partners, and community members—to discuss a collaborative response to the SNAP shutdown.

An email outlining next steps is being sent to everyone who signed in at the meeting. If you weren’t able to attend but would like to receive the update, please reach out to us at info@oac.ac.

We’re also working to upload a living spreadsheet of local food resources in OACAC's 10-county service area. It will be housed on our website landing page, https://oac.ac/. This list will continue to grow, and we invite all resource providers - food and ancillary - to share updates or additions at the link provided on our website.

A big thank-you to our partners at Community Partnership of the Ozarkss and Ozarks Food Harvest for their ongoing efforts to address food insecurity and for sharing valuable resource lists with our community.

🌮💚 No Kid Hungry at Walkers! 💚🌮

With SNAP benefits being paused, we want to make sure no child goes hungry.

That’s why we’re offering a FREE Crawler Taco to any kid — no purchase necessary. Just flash the Missouri EBT card at the counter starting November 1st from 3-5PM

It’s our way of giving back, supporting our Branson community, and making sure every little zombie stays fed. 🧟‍♂️✨

Stop by Walkers: A Walking Taco Experience and let’s keep those smiles (and bellies) full!
