Sacred Sounds + Restore

Join us on Thursday Nov. 9th for a soothing sound bath + restoration

This class is for anyone being called to restore, repair and relax there minds and bodies, you will be guided through a sequence of restorative postures in which props are used such ( bolsters, blankets and blocks for an ultimate body release. As you rest, you will be bathed with sounds that carry certain frequencies and resonance to aid with healing the mind and body on a more profound and cellular level.

Alchemy Sound Journey + Chakra Radiance💫
We invite you to bath in Sacred Crystal healing tones and frequencies.

Thursday August 3rd @ 7:00pm

Sound has been used in a way of medicine since the very beginning of time in nearly every culture. healing instruments have been around around for centuries. Crystal sound bowls were created in the year 2000 and have been a sonic tool for this day in age of awakening, and discovering our innate abilities to tune into frequencies. Scientific proof has confirmed that the universe and everything in it is moving to specific tones and vibrations. Now more than ever we are embracing our individual ability to recognize an energy contained in a given frequency, and how it affects us mentally, spiritually and emotionally and because we are crystalline, we absorb sound very easily. Thus, this has a healing effect on the mind, body and spirit which ultimately creates synchronization. Alchemy Crystal singing bowls are powerful healing tools that also aid in balancing the Chakras, and when played produce pure resonant tones that relate to certain chakras, healing to clear blockages and restore the energy flow.

This will be in intimate special event with only 14 spaces.
