Oh, yes, so it is that time of the Flu Season year, again, in America. Here is a Hearty Immunity Boosting Soup I encourage you to make and eat for at least 3 days, preferably 6 days, to really boost that immune.
GYPSY'S HEARTY IMMUNITY SOUP
1/2 C. Black Turtle beans (sprouted)
1/2 C. French Lentiles (sprouted)
16 oz. Tomatoe sauce,
3 C. Purified water,
1/4 C. Braggs Amino Acids,
2 Tbl. Tumeric;
2 Tbl. Ginger powder or Fresh grated ginger
1 Tbl. Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp. Cumin, Seasonings,
Garlic Pwdr,
Celtic & Himalayan Salts.
6 large leafs Kale,
3 Stalks Celery,
1 small onion
6 Garlic cloves
Brussles Sprouts, Golden Potatoes, Whole Carrots, Fresh Tomatoes, Fresh Parsley and Cilantro.
Purified Water

Sprout lentils and beans over night, then mix all ingredients together and cook over medium heat until veggies are tender, but not too soft. Serve alone or with fresh made cornbread. Top with fresh corriander/cilantro and parsley.
So energizing and IMMUNITY Boosting. You get minerals, aminos, anti-inflamatory and antioxidants all in 1 bowl~
