WAKE UP REFRESHED!

Most adults need 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night, so going to bed earlier is a must. A good tip is to start with the time you need to wake up and count back from there. A typical work or school schedule would require you to be in bed between 10 and 11 p.m. If your usual bedtime is later than that, try starting with 15 or 30-minute earlier increments to get your body used to it. Keep your bedtime consistent!
