This is why I’m an independent dentist. I have seen too many of my colleagues retire and sell to a corporation. This never ends well for the patient since they are the ones that pay the ultimate price.

Some dentists are lying to you about who owns their practice.

Right now, corporations are quietly buying up dental practices across America.

Here's their playbook:

👉 Keep the same name on the building

👉 Keep Dr. Smith for a few more years

👉 Tell patients "nothing has changed"

But everything has changed.

These aren't fair competitors. They're corporate machines with:

* Entire marketing departments

* Investor money to undercut prices

* Teams of lawyers and accountants

* The ability to buy practices at prices young dentists can't touch

This isn't competition. It's ELIMINATION.

Here's what happens next:
