My biggest promise to my son when he died to su***de in 2009, who was on the autistic spectrum, but never properly diagnosed, was that I would fight the rest of my life to create change. I have dedicated 15 years of my life to being a voice and a role model and a woman who takes action on behalf of children today. I am a grief recovery specialist for mothers who have lost a child. Some of them multiple children. I meet mothers literally every single day who are losing their kids in record numbers to su***de as a result of depression, anxiety and loneliness and the epidemic of drugs killing our kids. Please, please, please listen to Bobby Kennedy. If you listen to nothing else, listen to Bobby Kennedy. To me he’s the only one saying anything that matters and that makes sense. Make America Healthy Again. No matter which way this election goes, we cannot ignore that we are poisoning our children and that our health as Americans is in crisis. I am so so grateful to RFK for his conviction to risking his own life for ours. Five intakes in the past month with mothers who have lost 12 - 14 year old Boys to su***de in though my personal work. TOO MANY CHILREN are dying. 17k mothers on a single Facebook group n 6 months who have lost kids to su***de, drugs, murder, vaccines and childhood cancers. We have to wake up to this monumental health crisis in America impacting our kids. Please wake up!

I love this and can say that after having lost so many people that I love I have a vast whole of grief in my heart and I have been able to build love and joy and adventure and light around it. Maybe it has even shrunk some and that’s ok. I want it too! It doesn’t mean I love them any less.

I love this analogy and try to live it every day!

It’s ok not to suffer. It’s ok to heal. And is ok not too!

It’s all ok!

The only way to heal from the past and not repeat the same patterns over and over, is to address your patterns and change them. They are rooted very deep into the neurology. You can change! You can feel better! You have to commit to BEING the change. Like Joe Dispenza says "You ARE your neurology". You have to BREAK THE HABIT of being yourself.

I call it change the energetic dance. Are you ready?

Anyone who knows me, knows that I have successfully changed my life from trauma response, victimhood, reactivity and addiction through making marked change first within myself. I am, like all humans, a work in progress.

It takes work. But it's worth it.

It takes a lot to get me mad. I am SO fed up with the cost of goods today. And the corporate control of consumer rights. I own a Hewlett Packard printer. For years, to save money, as I am a single income earner and a full on entrepreneur barely making it in the world today, I have purchased knock off ink for my printer. TODAY, my printer shut down and would not let me use my knock off ink. I was forced to go out and purchase one cartidge of black ink from Hewlett Packard for $53 as opposed to $25 on line. This is outrageous. It's my printer. I should be able to use whatever ink I want. I don't know who to complain to, but this is JUST NOT RIGHT!

Do you have MONEY blocks? I know I did. Oh so many! But no more!

It was finally through my work as a grief recovery specialist, trained in the grief recovery method that I had the template for change around my money blueprint just four years ago. Anyone who knows me personally, can see the change.

I tried everything. EFT, hypnosis, NLP - you name it. When I did the grief completion process that I am trained in with my relationship to MONEY, the game changed. Not to mention completion of my emotional relationship to over 12 people in my life both living and with those that have passed. I lost a bunch of people I love right in a row between 2009 and 2013.
