📢 We Value Your Feedback!

Have you recently visited one of our clinics?

Your voice matters! By completing the Joint Outpatient Experience Survey (JOES), you can help us improve the care and services we provide for you and your family.

💡Why Should You Fill Out the JOES?
✔️ Make a Difference: Your feedback directly impacts how we enhance patient care.
✔️ Shape the Future: Help us identify what’s working and where we can improve.
✔️ It’s Quick and Easy: The survey only takes a few minutes to complete!

If you receive the JOES by mail, email, or text, please take a moment to share your experience. Your input is essential in helping us deliver the best care possible.

Thank you for partnering with us to make a difference! 💙

The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on Jan 30, 2026. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
