-In person sessions have been added while still offering telehealth sessions

Here is a picture of a brain scan before and after just FOUR sessions of EMDR therapy! Getting trained in EMDR completely changed the way I view and help individuals with trauma. It is a phenomenal therapy, and I am so thankful I get to offer it as a resource to the clients I serve.
