Massage has always been an integral part of my life even as a young child growing up in Rhode Island. I can remember massaging my father’s hands after he worked a long day or massaging my mother's legs after a devastating accident that required years surgery and rehabilitation. I did not know back then that this simple idea of touch would eventually lead me into a career of helping others heal through therapeutic massage. My life's journey started on a different career path but, I do not have any regrets in the choices I've made along the way. I've been able to see the world, taste new foods, meet new people, deal with the stresses of a corporate world, get married and have children. Life is busy and stressful but, there are times you may have a moment of clarity and reflect upon your life, I did. I asked myself one day, "Why did I massage my fathers hands or try ease my mothers pain?" Because it made them feel good and it brought me happiness to help them. I wanted to bring that feeling to my family and to those who want to better themselves physically and mentally. Fast forward to 2020 and its hard to believe 20 years have passed since I made my decision to change careers. I carry the same philosophy I have continued to use with all my clients that a healthier you is a happier you and it begins with a massage. Massage is healing to the mind, body and soul and can make a bad day become a good day. I thoroughly enjoy what I do and my sincere commitment is to provide the highest quality of care to those searching for a healthy, happier you.

Our Story

Pamela grew up in Pascoag, Rhode Island. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a minor in Psychology in 1991 from Rhode Island College. She moved to New York after graduation and began working for a Regional Airline as a Flight Service Manager, managing 194 flight attendants at the John F. Kennedy and Laguardia Airport domiciles.

After many years in management and the stress from travel, she made an important decision to slow down, and take on a new career path in the field of Massage Therapy. While still working full-time for the airlines she began her studies at The New York College of Health Professions in 1998 (formerly The New York College for Wholistic Health, Education & Research), where she received her Associate in Occupational Studies degree in 2001 and gained over 1000 hours of training in European and Oriental massage. She received her New York license in 2002 (#014977). In 2009, along with her family, decided to move to North Carolina and eventually settled in Holly Springs. She acquired her North Carolina license (#11629) and continued to practice massage. After many years of working at a medical spa, wellness spa, and national franchise in both New York and North Carolina; the vast experience she received over the years lead her to eventually open her own private, in-home studio in Holly Springs. Her knowledge and experience has allowed her to work with clients who suffer from such conditions as Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, and Parkinson's. She also sees clients who suffer with migraines, frozen shoulder syndrome, and chronic tension issues.

She has 18 years’ experience as a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist, is Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, a Certified Massage Therapist with the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and Certified in CPR and Heart Saver AED. She has attended the Body Therapy Institute, The Healing Arts & Massage School, and national franchise programs for continuing education.

She believes in being communicative, respectful and attentive. She considers these key elements between the client/therapist relationships. Her focus is on restoring balance to the body to promote relaxation, relieve pain, and enhance well-being.
