Stop waiting until life calms down to take care of yourself.
It probably won’t.
There will always be something—
another deadline, another obligation, another reason to push yourself to the bottom of the list.
And after a while, your body starts to feel it.
Your mind does too.
That constant tension.
That low-level stress you can’t quite shake.
That feeling like you haven’t actually slowed down in… who knows how long.
That’s where yoga comes in.
Not as some perfect, peaceful escape—but as a reset.
A chance to step out of the noise for a bit.
To move your body with intention.
To breathe deeper than you have all day.
Some days you’ll feel strong.
Some days you’ll feel stiff and distracted.
Both are welcome.
