It was 4 am I couldnโt sleep! Maybe it was pregnancy insomnia + a three year old still awake + a snoring husband + a 5 year old tossing and turning + a dog who wants to get on/off the bed every 5 seconds? Some may ask how does home decor and gifts/self care go hand in hand? Well you can have a beautiful home, but if everything is falling apart around you and you arenโt filling your own cup up is it really โhomeโ you want to be in? Iโm so guilty of coming home and letting my bad energy radiate the room. It starts to seep into your foundation if you let it. You stop appreciating the life around you and become stuck in this tunnel vision. Thatโs why I wanted to create natural bath bombs, salt blends, + gifts for the family so you can take care of you, too. Itโs easy to get so caught up in daily realities (bills, children, pets, responsibilities, work, family, stress)โฆ you start to forget about you. You start to forget what โhomeโ should feel like because you need to cook dinner, pack your kids lunch, get to ballet on time, meet a deadline, and still find a the energy to shower + binge watch a Netflix show. Putting together salt blends + bath bombs was always a fun thing Iโd do, but never shared it with anyone. Finally I started sharing my salt blends with my family when they were in a funk and carrying things that were weighing them down. I got amazing feedback how they felt like weight was lifted off their shoulders and I knew one day I wanted to share that with the world. Because everyone deserves to love themselves, care about themselves, and most importantly be happy! All of my self-care products are handmade by me! Theyโre filled with intention, reiki, and lots of love. They help cleanse your aura, banish negativity, instill confidence, bring in peace, harmony, love + light, and joy. In conjunction with all the benefits the amazing waters, herbs + oils salt has a HUGE role to play.
