This weekend I had the chance to spend time in Dallas, TX at the Decompression Summit, learning from leading doctors about the newest research and treatment protocols in non-surgical spinal decompression.

Ideally, babies should be checked and adjusted as soon as possible after birth to help alleviate spinal problems and nerve distressed caused by:

* Constraint or abnormal positioning in the uterus.
* Spinal distress from the journey through the birth canal.
* Spinal duress during the delivery process itself.

Plantar fasciitis is a condition that can be successfully kept under control with the help of conservative treatments such as scraping and chiropractic adjustments of the foot/ankle joints. Scraping can reduce the contracture of the plantar fascia and improve the overall experienced symptomatology.
