Back In It

We were away. Things accumulated. The undone did not get done.
Returning feels overwhelming. Time tight. Patience thin.
We have returned. Things are getting done.
This is the opportunity to recalibrate time, energy, and order.
We will get back in the groove. A better one.
Mental fitness is expect → notice → choose → recalibrate.
