Returning feels overwhelming. Time tight. Patience thin.

We have returned. Things are getting done.

This is the opportunity to recalibrate time, energy, and order.

We will get back in the groove. A better one.

Don’t Let Them Out - Stop Saboteurs Before They Do Damage

We feel the urge.
The push.

Reacting.
Responding.

Drifting on autopilot.

Circumstances frustrate.
People irritate.

When life happens, stress happens.

Stress brings out our saboteurs.

Our saboteurs… sabotage.
Relationships and performance.
If we let them out.

Thoughts cannot be controlled.
Reactions can.

We choose
Whether we let them out.

Pause.
Be curious.
Ask what’s true.

If they are not needed
Do not let them out.

SEND Sports Club, founded by Paul Dunphy, focuses on creating sports environments where families and communities can grow through sport.

SEND programs are designed to support individuals with special educational needs by building confidence, teamwork, and life skills through inclusive sport.

SEND is building players.
Developing individuals.
Creating communities.

Sport develops much more than skill.
Through sport, SEND develops life skills for the individual and community through:
Relationships
Confidence
Resilience
Leadership.

These skills do not happen on their own.
They are developed through intention, structure, and practice.

My work training Mental Fitness contributes to the SEND ecosystem by bringing the practice of Self-Mastery.
Supporting players
Parents
Coaches
Organizations
Leaders.

Being Human Mental Fitness will help those involved recalibrate the investment of attention, time, and energy to where they produce the greatest return.
