We are deeply horrified, haunted, saddened about the current events that have taken place in Minnesota. Many of our teachers are teaching classes through tears doing our absolute best to hold space for the brokenheartedness and fear. We are rallying.

“Yoga at its core is about love, our ability to recognize and honor each others humanity. I can no longer teach classes about love, empathy, and non violence while remaining silent on this platform about the terror that is happening in this country, to our neighbors. I can no longer call myself a yoga studio owner with any shred of integrity without making this stand. I understand some will label this as a huge mistake being a small business, to them I say I will never value revenue over human life. “ - Randie

We are currently working on events with other local studios that will financially aid attorneys doing work to defend those who have been abused, killed, and detained by ice. If you have a venue space large enough to hold this event please reach out! More information on this coming soon.

May all beings everywhere be safe, happy, healthy and free. May our actions contribute.

The Basics
Ever wonder how to actually work into the poses we see over and over in slow flow, slow burn, Ashtanga, and vinyasa? This workshop creates space to slow down, explore mechanics, variations, transitions, props, and even the wall—so you can feel confident, curious, and at home in your practice, no matter your experience level.

Rest & Restore
Sink into stillness and let yourself be held. This deeply nourishing restorative class uses props, guided breath, and gentle hands-on support to quiet the mind and soften the body. Perfect for recovery, balance, and permission to pause. Monthly on the 3rd Thursday—pre-registration required, only 15 spots available.

Shedding Shame
Shame lives deep in the body—personal, ancestral, and collective. This carefully held breathwork experience invites you to meet and release what you’re ready to soften, at your own pace. Through conscious breath and somatic presence, we remember together: you are not broken, and you are not alone.

The Breath
A monthly breathwork exploration!

Nordic Drum & Dance: Sound, Tea & Movement
Inspired by Viking-age medicine rooted in community and ceremony, we’ll gather with herbal teas, sound, drumming, movement, breathwork, and rest. Rising together through a curated musical journey, then descending into integration and gratitude. Drums and instruments welcome if you have them.

Embracing the Crone: Menopause & Perimenopause Circle
A monthly support circle for women of all archetypes.

Mobility Training
Ethos’ first Mobility Training is designed for students and teachers ready to deepen their understanding of mobility in both practice and teaching. Through movement, discussion, reading, and reflection, you’ll learn how to restore, maintain, and teach mobility with confidence. Feb 19–Mar 19 | Investment $400.

Embodying the Yamas & Niyamas
A monthly exploration of the Yamas & Niyamas

Ethos movement for mobility & strength training is designed for teachers and committed practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of mobility and its practical application. Each class will include physical practice alongside discussion of the how and why behind mobility work, supporting both personal exploration and teaching development.

Students will examine ways to restore, maintain, and improve mobility through thoughtful movement, study, and reflection. The training will include reading, discussion, and brief writing exercises to help integrate concepts and clarify individual teaching perspectives.

By the end of the training, you will feel prepared to design and lead mobility-based classes at Ethos, whether as a substitute or within your own class section if the opportunity arises.

January workshops ✨
The Basics -
Ever wondered how to truly work your way into the poses commonly cued in slow flow, slow burn, Ashtanga, or vinyasa—and how they’re meant to feel in your body?

This workshop creates space to slow down and break down the asana we use most at Ethos. We’ll explore alignment, variations beyond the standard shape, and supportive transitions using props and the wall.

Open to brand new students, experienced practitioners, and teachers alike.

Shedding Shame -
Shame is one of the heaviest emotions we carry—often unspoken, deeply rooted, and passed down through generations. Shedding Shame is a guided breathwork experience offering a supportive, intentional space to gently meet and release what the body has been holding.

With thoughtful care given to every detail, this workshop invites you to move at your own pace, allowing breath and somatic awareness to guide softening, release, and connection. Together, we begin untangling from shame’s grip and remembering a simple truth: you are not alone, and you are not broken.

The new year brings with it the gift of assessment and inventory. January invites us to take a good look at the spaces in our lives that are working, as well as spaces we'd like to tend. Clean is a 30-day reset of the mind and body. Utilizing the book Clean by Alejandro Junger as our guide, we will move through a 30-day nutritional cleanse and introspection practices. Devotional paths help us assess the blocks in our lives and health.

This program includes recipes, shopping lists, journal prompts, meditations, and the accountability of doing it all in community.
You will need the Clean book as well as a journal for the month and you can get both from our friend over at

Dates: Friday's January 2nd, 23rd & 30th 6:00-7:30. Zoom meetings on Thursday, January 8th and 15th from 7-8:30 pm.

Exchange is $150.
