Happy Nurses Week! 💙
Before the day winds down, we wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible nurses who help make our facility what it is. Each one brings something unique to our team, and we are beyond grateful for the compassion, dedication, and hard work they show every single day.
✨ Lori, LPN- Lori has truly been one of the matriarchs of our facility. For over 20 years, she has been one of our main charge nurses and a steady, reliable presence that everyone can count on. She leads with patience, strength, and consistency, and she does an incredible job keeping things running smoothly day in and day out. Lori’s dedication to our residents and staff is unmatched, and we are so lucky to have her as part of our team.
✨ Miguel, LPN- Miguel has been a wonderful addition to our team this past year. He brings spontaneity, personality, and a little extra pizzazz wherever he goes. Even on the hardest days, Miguel is the person who can make people laugh, keep everyone on their toes, and help bring light into the building. His positive energy and ability to lift spirits make a bigger impact than he probably realizes.
✨ Piper, RN- Piper wears many hats in our facility and excels in every one of them. Not only does she work incredibly hard as our treatment nurse, but she also dedicates time to MDS; a role that has been monumental in helping our facility achieve five-star status this last year. Piper is organized, punctual, dependable, and always follows through. She brings so much charisma, support, and stability to our team, and we appreciate all that she does behind the scenes and on the floor.
✨ Cris, RN- Cris has also joined us within the last year, and she has stepped up in every way we could have hoped for. Whether it’s day shift or night shift, she is always willing to help where she’s needed. Cris does an exceptional job keeping things together during nights, and her thoroughness, knowledge, and attention to detail never go unnoticed. Beyond that, she brings such a refreshing energy to our building. She is eager to learn, constantly growing, incredibly compassionate with residents, and always willing to go the extra mile for her team. Her work ethic, adaptability, and positive attitude make her an invaluable part of our nursing staff.
✨ Tiffany, LPN- Tiffany is truly one of the rocks of our team. She shows up, works hard, and handles night shift with strength and determination, even on the toughest days. She takes charge, gets things done, and helps with so many behind-the-scenes tasks that keep our facility running smoothly. From updating forms to helping improve processes, Tiffany consistently goes above and beyond. She also does a fantastic job maintaining communication across shifts and supporting the entire team.
✨ Flor, RN- Even though we do not get to see Flor as much as we used to, we have loved watching her continue to grow and flourish. We are incredibly proud of the person and nurse she has become, and we are thankful she still continues to support our facility whenever she can. Flor has always been flexible, adaptable, and willing to help in whatever role was needed over the years, and we appreciate every bit of support she has given our team.
✨ Deisy, LPN- Deisy may be quieter behind the scenes, but her dedication and work ethic speak volumes. She is always willing to learn, asks thoughtful questions, and consistently shows up with reliability and professionalism. We have had the privilege of watching Deisy grow from CNA to LPN, and soon RN, and it has been so rewarding to watch her journey unfold. We are incredibly excited for everything her future holds.
✨ Diana, LPN- Diana is one of the hardest-working people you could meet. She has worked days, nights, picked up extra shifts, and consistently shown dedication to both her team and residents. Watching her grow from CNA to LPN, and soon RN, has been amazing. Diana is intelligent, driven, and never afraid to ask questions or seek out opportunities to learn. Her willingness to grow and challenge herself is exactly what will make her an exceptional RN in the future.
✨ Jesenia, LPN- Jesenia’s growth over the years has been incredible to witness. From CNA to LPN and now working toward RN, she has continuously pushed herself while balancing work, school, and life with grace. She is kind-hearted, dependable, hardworking, and always eager to learn more. We have loved watching her grow within our community into such an outstanding nurse and person, and we cannot wait to see where her future takes her.
✨ Amy RN, NHA- We also want to wish Amy a Happy Nurses Week! While she serves in the Administrator role, we are always incredibly grateful for the clinical support and guidance she continues to provide our team. Her 20+ years of nursing knowledge and experience are truly invaluable to our building, and we believe that deep clinical understanding is one of the many qualities that makes her such an outstanding administrator. Amy continuously supports both staff and residents in countless ways, and we appreciate all that she does for our facility each and every day.
To all of our nurses — thank you. Thank you for the long hours, the compassion, the teamwork, the sacrifices, and the care you give not only to our residents but to one another. Our facility would not be what it is without each and every one of you. We are endlessly grateful for all that you do, and we are so proud to have such an amazing nursing team. 💙🩺
Have an amazing week!
