Socks are one of the most requested donation items in shelters. Many unsheltered people rarely take their shoes off and do not have access to laundry facilities. That’s why clean socks are the top-requested item at homeless shelters, yet least donated.

This month help our studio to make a big donation of new socks to a local shelter.

Our collection box is ready and waiting to be filled by our generous and supportive yoga community.

*This workshop is a combination of slow movement that not only opens our physical bodies, but also any emotional or energetic blockages we may store. This class will be accompanied by many hands on assists and healing frequencies to help guide you deeper into the poses and into meditation.
