Saffron IFitness Over the past 20 years, We've developed a very systematic approach to the way we train.

All new client are assessed to determine their goals, current levels of cardiovascular, muscle strength, coordination, and core strength. Our focus is on helping people achieve fast yet long-term results through challenging and varied workouts that involve strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and core training.

Personal trainer will often cost you anywhere between $50 to $100 an hour, with Saffron iFitness, you work directly with a trainer for only $150 a month. You can get custom-built workouts from an experienced certified personal trainer that you can do on your own time, anywhere you like.
