Why be a Victim twice? The insurance companies love you when you don't report and make a claim after an accident just because you think your policy will go up. If you are hurt do to a car accident, you should come in for treatment and don't worry about your policy. Florida is a NO fault state and therefore your policy should not go up but if it does, it would go up with a claim or without one. So why suffer with your pain just to be in good faith with the insurance company. They don't really care about you. You are good to them as long as you pay and if you miss a payment and get into an accident they will simply tell you that you are not covered even if you are with them 20 years and always paid on time. To them you are just a number that adds money into their bank account
