Early detection is key! Swipe through to see how to do a self breast examination at home. It only takes a few minutes each month to get familiar with your breasts and it could make a big difference. 💕
Do your self-exam once a month, a few days after your period ends, your breasts are least tender then.
If you no longer get periods, pick a consistent day each month.
Regular self-exams + clinical exams + mammograms = your best defense 💪
