Detox Recipe: 🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕 🥛❌5️⃣
5 glasses of carrot juice x 5 consecutive days

*mobilizes and eliminates toxins accumulated in your body

*fights infections, parasites, fungi, bacteria and virus.

* it is a very powerful weapon to heal and prevent diseases.

1. Three days before starting:
Eliminate dairy, grains (beans, rice, lentils), cereals (wheat, oats) and seeds (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, peanuts).

2. From the 4th. day take
(5 glasses of 8oz) of carrot juice a day for 5 continuous days.

3. You can eat
Animal protein, eggs, potato, sweet potatoes cassava, plantain, fruits, avocado and vegetables in general.

4. Drink the juices
Distributed during the day or all in the morning or half in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Do it at your convenience.

I don’t always talk sh*t.
But it’s the subject of this post 😂
C O L O N I C S
Aka colon hydrotherapy was recommended to me by my doc after learning I’m having a small intestine dysfunction, some gut imbalances and heavy metal toxicity. Along with that I learned that right now my body is highly acidic, highly sensitive to gluten, coffee and celery and I’m hypo adrenal and anemic.
It’s a mouth full but honestly I’m just happy to have answers and a game-plan to bring my body back into harmony. I honestly felt the healthiest I’ve ever felt the past couple years then surely felt like I got hit by a truck.
Some people get colonics for bloating, constipation, any digestive issues or just a clean up. I didn’t have constipation at all and in fact they told me I’m getting TOO much fiber in my foods.

So what it is?
You know an e***a? Well an e***a clears out like the bottom 1/3 of your track, and this cleans out your ENTIRE track. 🤯

I got undressed from the waist down and positioned myself on like a slanted bin/area. Then a tube was inserted in my butt and water started getting pumped into it 💦
The person helping me during it all literally pulled up a stool (chair not p**p 😆) and sat right beside me and we chatted about work, foods I eat, issues I’ve been having and gut health.
Meanwhile as the water is going in when you feel the urge you were supposed to push so I am literally sitting there p**ping next to this person and it gets sucked up into this tube that we watch so that was interesting.

Funniest part: I got the tube clogged at one point and oddly enough I didn’t feel embarrassed.

So professional. So calm. So helpful and I was in and out in about an hour.

I was super tired and just weak the rest of the day which was To be expected especially because I’m anemic so I took a nap and tried to take it easy.

Overall it wasn’t scary and I’m already feeling so much better 💕

Since I was fully cleaned out and I committed to eating foods to help heal my gut starting Monday- I actually started that same day (Thursday). So let the journey begin. 💫
