Chin-Lenn is pleased to welcome you to his Family Medicine practice the Comprehensive Health & Wellness Center located at 4040 Sheridan Street in Hollywood, Florida. We offer a vast array of medical and preventative services for all ages. We accept both Commercial and Medicare insurances as well as Self-Pay patients. We are currently accepting new patients. Dr. Chin-Lenn runs an extremely successful physician guided weight loss program that now includes EmSculpt Neo. And we now offer in office treatments for Urinary Incontinence and Erectile Dysfunction with our new Emsella chair. Dr. Chin-Lenn received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University, his Masters in Biological Science from Florida Atlantic University, and his Medical Doctorate from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and served as Chief Resident for the Family Practice Program in 2003/2004. He has been practicing in the Hollywood area for the past 20 years and is affiliated with Memorial Regional Hospital and the Cleveland Clinic.
