ATP Mission Statement:

Our mission is to change the conversation of what fitness means. We accomplish this by providing our clients with a holistic understanding of optimal living. Our program uses comprehensive training methods in foundational human movement. Efficient human movement provides a deeper understanding of how to achieve an injury free lifestyle with an optimal performance base for all of your life endeavors. ATP Goals:

Psychology/Mindset - creating a supportive environment with improved self-esteem and consistency for long term commitment
Nutrition - providing the body proper hydration and a diet rich in whole “real” foods
Recovery - giving the body the essential basics from proper sleep, to relaxation techniques, to balancing work and family
Movement - understanding the natural hierarchy of how humans move by learning motor control, neuromuscular function, foundational movement patterns into movement skills

ATP Vision:

Through ATP Performance Facility’s mission and, in accordance with, our goals, we have created an organic environment where people at all levels of ability are training in the most efficient manner, with the most effective methods and equipment to achieve the highest levels of fitness, health, and performance. Through our four point organic system our staff will guide you through the key components in making you the most ideal version of yourself. We accomplish this through mindset, nutrition, rest with a relaxation component and functional movement. Our facility provides techniques in performance enhancement, strength and conditioning, foundational movement and physical therapy. ATP Methodology:

OPTI Foundational Movement Competency Evaluation (FMCE) designed by Joe Sansalone, Senior Leader at SFG

Evaluation - we assess your motor control and movement patterns with the objective of restoring human movement competency

Human Movement Restoration Personalized Program - through PNF and RNT we provide sensory inputs that help restore your motor control and movement patterns

Skills - a training program of skills that are supportive and productive as opposed to counterproductive
