❓Massagem na barriga na gravidez faz mal? Muitas gestantes não sabem, mas mexer nessa região pode trazer riscos. A posição da placenta nem sempre é conhecida e pressionar a barriga pode estimular contrações, causar dor, alterar o fluxo sanguíneo e até aumentar o risco em casos como placenta prévia ou sangramentos.

🌿 A massagem segura na gestação deve ser feita em áreas como costas, quadris e pernas. Assim a gestante encontra alívio das dores, melhora da circulação, relaxamento e, o mais importante, segurança para o bebê. Na barriga, a recomendação é apenas hidratar e acariciar, sem pressão.
