We are all spiritual beings having a human experience. We are a soul that is currently placed in a shell known as our body that allows our soul to experience living life on Earth. One way that our soul uses our body is by sending messages to us. Emotions are chemicals – peptides – that bind to cell receptors. When not processed and assimilated they are shown as physical flaws to indicate an internal flaw. When any of our seven chakras are out of balance it will show up on our physical body. Chakras are energy center in the west they are referred to as nerve plexus. When our root chakra is out of balance it causes acne breakouts. The first chakra governs elimination and security.Acne is a result of internal imbalance in the body.Internal imbalances are a result of deeply rooted wounds like childhood trauma. The root chakra is developed in your formative childhood years (1-7), if developed properly then it creates a strong and stable foundation for a child to grow emotionally. If the child experiences pain and trauma from a very young age it creates a rocky and unstable foundation for that child to grow. The root chakra is the physical energy regulator for your endocrine system, which controls and metabolizes the body. Blocked Root Chakra = Messy Messages.A blocked root chakra creates a disconnection between our mind, body & soul so this makes it more difficult to tend to our needs. Our soul always knows what it needs, when our soul needs healing but can’t seem to connect to our minds then it has no other choice but to show us physically that something is wrong and the wrong needs to be right.Skin issues are a sign of your body trying to get your attention because your soul needs something. Our soul will do whatever it takes to get the message across. If you find yourself struggling with acne & skin conditions/disorders especially if you are an adult then you need to evaluate something. Ask yourself: Am I loving myself enough and giving myself enough self- care? Do I struggle with self-doubt and the lack of self-confidence? Am I thinking positive thoughts? GIRLIES who want flawless skin this spring & summer, let’s talk!

Love Jayda & absolutely no shade. But this is something that I see often and preach about because I often have to correct the damage.

Melanated skin absolutely NEEDS to be prepped before advancing in treatment to chemical peels.

This is the result of over exfoliation.

While texture and hyperpigmentation are normal and inevitable the pink undertone screams she’s using products that aren’t necessarily for her skin type and condition and her skin barrier needs nourishment & protection.

THE ENERGY:
The constellation Virgo governs the small intestines: an organ of digesting many nutrients. The pancreas: which provides digestives enzymes. The Gallbladder: which stores bile, necessary to breakdown fats.

Discern and assimilate describe the constellation of Virgo as well as the function of the small intestines.

In the season, especially if you have Virgo highly aspected in your chart, pay attention to digestive health. Intestinal permeability causes indigestion and nutrient malabsorption.

The methodical nature of Virgo compels you to discern the good from the not -so- good. In this physiological event, your body readily judges the ENERGY( all matter) as a friend or foe. (YOUR first mind)

The Gall bladder which is exacting and decisive is the store house for bile, without the adequate bile flow fats aren’t digested well. Which leads to sensitives. When the gall bladder is balanced, it’s acts like an anchor that provides a safe place to make clear and concise decisions that resonate with your soul. ( your gotta trust that initial indicator. Your first mind)

When your unfulfilled desires get energetically transformed from the Liver to the Gall bladder they show up as procrastination and hesitation.

While Virgo governs the digestive system, its planetary ruler is Mercury which governs the mind.

The mind is man’s faculty of thinking, reasoning, and applying knowledge. It is human consciousness that starts in the brain and is manifested through man’s thoughts, actions, emotion, will, memory, and imagination.

When people say follow your first mind.. They are not speaking of your thoughts! Thoughts come from the brain! Awareness and ability to perceive feelings come from the mind! Following your first mind means to act on the FEELING or AWARENESS of something you perceive but can’t physically validate before the interference intercepts the signal and makes you question or doubt the feeling also known as 2nd guessing yourself!

Your AURA::
The aura is our natural protective barrier on an energetic level. The aura is made up of layers of energy that surround the physical body. It contains the chakra system and the acupuncture meridians that feed the physical body with life force energy, chi or prana.
The task of our aura is to protect us from incoming energies that could potentially upset our equilibrium.

The aura is the electromagnetic field around our bodies. Your God - given boundary system. It can be likened to a border that marks where we end and another begins.

Our field extends from the physical body for a distance of a few feet and reflects the health and level of consciousness of a person. It is important that we learn to strengthen our aura and protect.

Human beings are not simply physical bodies defined by and enclosed within, a barrier of skin. We have subtle energy bodies that extend out towards, and interacts with, everything around us, including other people.

Our thoughts and feelings reach others, just as their emotions wash over us.
Sensitive people such as myself, pick up other people’s physical and emotional conditions.

Have you developed a headache, only to have the person sitting next to you complain of exactly the same pain.

Sometimes we take that pain away with us without ever knowing it is not ours.

We may feel drained and exhausted after a quick word with someone, down after meeting a particular person or good after spending time with another; A feeling which has nothing to do with what has passed between us verbally. It is all a question of the energies they are giving out and how we respond.

It is not necessary to be in physical proximity for our energies to interact.

We communicate with other people over vast distances simply by thinking about them. How often have you found yourself wondering how so-and so is, only to have them call a few moments later?
All of these activities take place through the subtle energy bodies that comprise our Aura.

YOUR ACID MANTLE::
The acid mantle or skin barrier is the skin’s way to protect itself from bacteria, environmental pollutants, and moisture loss. It is made up of natural oils, sweat, and dead skin cells, and is slightly more acidic in nature to prevent these harmful contaminants from penetrating and damaging the skin.

A damaged acid mantle can lead to dehydration, oily skin, acne, and sensitivity. Over-exfoliation compromises the acid barrier and leaves the skin both vulnerable to bacterial invasion (including p. acnes bacteria, which cause inflamed breakouts) and over-penetration of active ingredients. Basically, the ingredients go deeper into the skin than they're supposed to which create inflammation and actually make breakouts worse. This causes transdermal water loss, rendering the first layer of skin (stratum corneum) dehydrated. When the stratum corneum is dehydrated, the skin cells have a harder time slaughing off. This can lead to retention of those cells and the appearance of congestion.

When the acid mantle is damaged it takes up to 2 weeks to repair itself.

Frequency is a form of sound.
It measures sound through vibration.

Your vibration is a sum totally of all your light/dark/wounds/traumas/all data that you have unconsciously picked up. This vibration, by law of vibration will do its own math and match you an exact vibrational match for your experiences.

Your vibration determines, what you are attracting at all times. You cannot attract any experience in life, if you’re not vibrationally aligned to it.

The Gravitational Pull
