Just got this from another therapist...

Dear Therapists,

The Florida Health Justice Project is filing a lawsuit against the State of Florida for the Medicaid HMOs use of ATA Florida to authorize therapy. ATA Florida is the third party administrator that we have spoke about in the past that has been responsible for restricting the amount of therapy that you request and provide.

The Florida Health Justice Project would like to add more families to their class action lawsuit. If you know of kiddos that you currently treat that have been denied the level of therapy you have requested the attorneys at The Florida Health Justice Project would like to speak with their parents. Of course, this is voluntary and at no expense to the families.
