Not every woman will choose hormone therapy — and that’s okay.

There are effective alternatives, and stress management is one of them.

While we can’t eliminate every stressor, we can change how we respond. Simple, consistent practices — like walking, journaling, reading, or deep breathing — help calm the nervous system and support overall health. 🌿

And remember: if lifestyle changes aren’t enough, that’s not a failure. Sometimes medical support is the next step, and it’s a valid part of comprehensive care.
