A former Minnesota State Patrol trooper has admitted to SA’ing an infant and creating explicit videos of the abuse, pleading guilty to federal charges in a case that has shocked law enforcement and the community.
Jeremy Francis Plonski, 42, entered his guilty plea on Wednesday in U.S. District Court at the Diana E. Murphy Federal Courthouse in Minneapolis. He faces charges of producing and distributing explicit content involving a child, stemming from incidents where he allegedly SA’d a toddler girl while recording the acts.
And get this… Authorities reported that Plonski wore his state trooper and Army Reservist uniforms during some of the videos.
For some reason we let this man take a plea. Sentencing guidelines for such federal offenses typically range from 15 to 30 years, though the judge has hinted at possibly 50 years. A date for sentencing has not yet been set.
