WIC supported Catalina through pregnancy, NICU care, and her daughter’s early development, connecting her to nutrition support, diaper referrals, speech therapy, and more.

“If I hadn’t had WIC, I honestly don’t know where we would be,” Catalina shared. “For me, WIC is family.”

The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) provides nutrition education, healthy food, breastfeeding support, and health and social services referrals.
