The Samra Group is a medical practice that is composed of a pediatric and adolescent medical office, a plastic surgery office and a medical spa. Raja Barakat, Khuddus, Grochowalska, and Siddiqui, treat patients from birth until they are 18 years of age, and provides them with immunizations and wellness check-ups. The physicians of The Samra Group are able to provide the finest pediatric services to children. We are proud to provide a better childhood for children. We envision a childhood where all children have access to healthcare, live in safe neighborhoods and attend functional schools within communities that value each child as a unique human being. 🦠 RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) is a common respiratory virus that can cause cold-like symptoms but may lead to breathing difficulties in babies, especially infants under 1 year old.

❄️ December is peak RSV season, especially for babies under 1 year old. As parents, knowing what signs to look for can help you feel more prepared during this time.

🩺 What to do next:
If you notice symptoms, reach out to your pediatrician for guidance. They can help you decide whether to monitor at home, use supportive care, or come in for an evaluation, especially if breathing or feeding is affected.

✨ Lastly, trust your instincts. You know your baby best, and it’s always okay to have them checked!
