Why participate in our upcoming two-month, 40-practice yoga challenge?
〰️ Science-backed. Research shows that 60 days or 2 months is the sweet-spot for building a habit that sticks. It also shows that frequency strengthens habits. To support frequency, we made this realistic and flexible.
〰️ Realistic & flexible. Pick from 45 - 75 minute in-person classes or
5 - 60 minute at-home practices. While classes will differ in energy or focus, all classes are open-level and you have agency to make choices that work for you. Pick classes, times, and formats that meet your needs.
〰️ Positive reinforcement. From chilled lavender towels, music that moves you, milestone celebrations, and time spent with yourself and uplifting humans – every small moment of joy builds momentum.
〰️ Built-in support systems. We got you with accountability buddies, planning tools, yoga philosophy and check-ins.
