🍂Bestie Fest at Stoney Creek Hotel in Onalaska where we will also be offering our our services at discounted rate AND raffling off a 60 minute massage from the lovely Kim Gumz at Berkana Bodysculpt and Massage.

🍂Yoga with Hannah at Deep Roots Chiropractic - this event requires an RSVP and we only have TWO spots left. Let us know if you're interested. All you need is yourself and a mat!

One of out biggest goals in the office is to create a safe space where our patients can come get adjusted, take a few extra seconds to breathe and rest, and let go of some of the stress that they carry throughout the day.

Throughout the entire month of November, we are excited to host a food drive to benefit Wafer Food Pantry and support families in the La Crosse area! You can drop off your donations during office hours in November. You also do not need to be patient in our office to make a donation! Some of the most needed items include: canned meats/proteins, canned soups, canned/dried fruits, side dishes, and personal care products.

Together, we can make a difference and help those in our community. Let's spread some love and help stock the shelves at Wafer Food Pantry! 💚
