Join Angie for a deeply restorative afternoon of stillness, sound, and rest. It’s a beautiful reset for the week ahead.

🌸 New to our schedule!
We’re so excited to share that Janell will be offering two new classes beginning this month:
• Ball Yoga — every other Thursday at 4:45 p.m. (starting Nov 20)
• Yin Yoga — every other Sunday at 4:00 p.m. (unless there’s a Sound Bath that week)
Both are perfect for slowing down, stretching deeply, and finding calm.
