This Week at Living Simply Well 💫
Hey everyone, we hope you had a wonderful weekend! We're starting the first full week of January and we know this month can feel both hopeful and heavy, like you want a fresh start, but also really need rest. So if you’re craving connection & grounding, its the perfect week to join us!
A couple of quick studio notes:
• There will be no Chair Yoga with Janell this Tuesday morning
• Janell will be teaching Yin Yoga next Sunday from 4–5 PM — slow, grounding, and deeply supportive
P.S. Christine is teaching Sunrise yoga tomorrow at 5:30 a.m. 🌄
🌿 Holistic Happy Hour — 1/9 | 4–6 PM
A casual, FREE come-and-go gathering to connect, chat, ask questions, and feel part of the community. No agenda just space to be together.
🎶 Sound Bath with Angie — 1/9 | 7–8 PM
A deeply calming, restorative experience to help settle the nervous system and invite true rest.
❄️ Winter Day Retreat — 1/10
A full day to unplug and reset with yoga, sound, reflection, nourishment, and gentle self-care.
✨ We still have 7 spots available, and it’s a beautiful way to begin the year feeling supported instead of rushed.
🌱 Wellness Program Meet & Greet — 1/11 | 1–3 PM
A relaxed, no-pressure opportunity to learn more about our 12-Week Wellness Program, meet the team, and see if it feels like the right fit for you.
We also continue to offer private Karma Yoga and Sound Bath sessions, available for individuals, small groups, workplaces, or community organizations; it's a meaningful way to rest and give back.
