Join me every Friday for a gentle 90-minute sound healing experience. Each gathering is intentionally small, offering a quiet space to rest, breathe, and settle into stillness.

We’ll begin with gentle restorative stretches before moving into a guided meditation and soothing sound bath designed to quiet the mind, ease tension, and support deep relaxation. You’ll also have the opportunity to draw an oracle card for gentle reflection as we close the evening in gratitude and stillness.

Thank you to everyone who joined me tonight for the 90-minute Sound Healing Session.

We began with gentle stretching to open the body, then settled into a deep and restorative sound bath. We picked oracle cards, and all chose to stay a little longer for some extra cleansing and reflection.

Beautiful evening with beautiful people.

Join me again next Friday from 7:00–8:30pm at The Hive Chiropractic Center.

The session is limited to 12 spaces to keep the experience small and intimate.

As I was looking through old photos the other day, I came across this picture. Even though I don’t remember this day, something about it stopped me. It holds a quiet sense of connection. A connection of energy moving through generations in ways that I can’t fully describe.

This is my father, the one who first introduced me to energy healing. He was our community healer, welcoming others into our home to receive his care. Though he can no longer practice due to his health, his teachings continue to guide me.

In honoring him and the path he began, I’ll be reopening my books for Reiki Energy Healing beginning December 1st. I no longer have a studio space, and I have shifted my practice to mobile Reiki Energy Healing. This will allow me to bring healing directly into your space, meeting you where you are.

Also, I have opened up bookings for Distance Reiki, which is just as affective as being in person.

Each series is kept intentionally small to create an intimate, relaxing group experience. Gather around the fireplace (YES! A fireplace!) at The Hive Chiropractic Center for a cozy evening of restoration and connection.

We’ll begin with gentle restorative stretches, then go into a cleansing guided meditation leading into a soothing sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation. You’ll also have the option to pull an oracle card for gentle reflection as we close the evening in gratitude and stillness.

If you’re needing a little bit of stillness, I’d love to share the evenings with you.

This 75-minute session invites you to settle into deep relaxation while surrounded by the full experience of sound.

Come and experience my full setup of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, sea drum, gong and more. Where each instrument played will guide you into deep relaxation and stillness.

As you rest, breathe in the cleansing air of salt therapy, allowing your body and mind to release what’s ready to let go. You will be reclined in a lounge chair with a blanket, pillow, and eye pillow for added comfort and rest.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Coffee & Chaos: Fall Edition event! We absolutely loved seeing all of your beautiful faces and sharing such a joyful day together.

The kids had a blast exploring the sound healing instruments and creating nature wreaths, and it was so special spending time outdoors surrounded by laughter, creativity, and connection.
