I have had quite the summer running everywhere for my kiddos summer sports and connecting with local businesses to support my local First Responders with silent auction items. But this week it's my turn. I ran all the way to Madison for ME. ;) I've wanted to complete the next course in my Core Pak with Upledger Institute called Craniosacral Therapy 2. I just completed Day 3 of a 4 day training and it's absolutely incredible what this Modality can do. I so look forward to sharing with each of you when I come back! In the meantime I tried something new...a blackberry mint matcha and a miso caramel cheesecake Danish with a little mint sprinkled on top and OMG yummy! Showing myself some love feels good right now!

I just did my first card reading in my office for a client with my combined oracle decks from Randi Hoyt Art. I was pleased that they truely spoke to her. At times its nice to have reminders you are on the right path or to be provided some guidance to complete thoughts or take actions. Our thoughts and feelings left unattended can leave physical impacts in our muscles and/or overall bodies. Taking care of your mental state is just as important as taking care of your physical state. Some of you may know that I get pretty involved helping out my first responders June, July and August to help with their Fundraiser called Rockin' the Prairie 2025 with Double Take and Last Call On behalf of the organization I collect items/baskets for their silent auction. This year I knew with baseball 4 nights a week and some wknds I wasn't going to have much time to run and network with local businesses. So Im inviting you to get involved.
