🌟 3 simple ways to unlock tight hips
(plus bonus tip)🌟

Feeling stiff after sitting all day or crushing your workouts? Your hips might be begging for some love! ❤️

💥Here are 3 quick fixes to loosen things up 💥
1) supported squat hold. Find a countertop or a post to hold onto as you hold the bottom of a squat for about a minute. Try to relax and sink as low as you can go.
2) supine figure for stretch at the wall. For this one try to keep your tailbone resting on the floor, this will isolate the stretch to the hip. Hold 1 to 2 minutes.
3) 90/90 hip rocks. Without leaning too far back or using your hands try to rock side to side with hip and knees at 90°. You can add in a forward lean to add a little extra stretch.
4) Bonus!! Dry needling is one of the fastest and best hacks we have for unlocking hip range of motion. Unfortunately, you can’t do this to yourself, so give us a call and we’re happy to give your hips a jumpstart to make these stretches and mobility moves easier, and more accessible!
