As 2024 comes to an end, I want to thank each and everyone of you for supporting me, joining me, growing together and sharing mutual love for wellness together!

Leading class this am there may have been some happy hard tears because without my community and clients tbis year would have been very difficult.

Movement truly is medicine - emotionally and physically.

As we go into 2025, stay tuned for more weekend pop up classes (once basketball season is done for both my kiddos!)
