You may not see them in scrubs, but they’re just as vital to your care. Our Revenue Cycle Team — including the Business Office and Medical Records — works tirelessly behind the scenes to help patients navigate insurance claims, billing questions, financial assistance, and more.
They spend countless hours on the phone, sorting through paperwork, and advocating for patients to ensure the best possible outcomes — because at Holton Community Hospital, *caring* means supporting every part of your health journey.
