First off, I just want to shout out Plate&Pour for their love and dedication to our community and ensuring so many kiddos are gifted with the Angel Tree.

I got an opportunity to snag a baby boy and ran to Target during my free time to get most of the items on his list. Target has a deal right now for $25 off of $100 so I broke up my purchases and bought extra toys for extra kiddos. This is so fulfilling and joyful during this time of year and giving a bit extra for kiddos, IS ALWAYS WORTH IT.
I haven’t even put a dent in my own Christmas list for my kids but taking the time for the Angel Tree kiddos, was way too easy.
There’s something special about grabbing toys and throwing them in a cart for families that may need that extra help this season.

A shareable post!
Get a massage for meals.
In November I’ll be working some “Sponsor Saturdays”to help put meals in homes.
ALL proceeds will go to food purchases to help put food on the table.
Last year we were able to help out God’s Free Will FREE store load up a bunch of groceries.
This year, I want to ensure that we can do it plus some as those with SNAP may be facing difficult times figuring out how to put food on their table whilee ensuring their bills still get paid.
Let me know if you want to reserve a booking that completely goes back to the community.

Sessions are all 60 minutes.
I am asking for card-free payments to reduce fees so all funds will apply to this project.

🚨 Serious Post! 🚨

We are hitting the cold & flu season! 😷 🤒 🤧
After being so sick last year with Long Covid & 6 months of off & on illnesses. I will be very strict in my policy when it comes to appointments and arriving with sniffles and coughs.
I can not expose myself willingly to clients who may feel fine but it’s just “Allergies” and then a few days later I’m down and out for a few days and having to cancel and reschedule clients.
As a mother to 5 kiddos, it also takes the risk of my kiddos getting it as well and then bam, I’m having to reschedule clients because my kiddos are sick.
It makes it so inconvenient for everyone involved.

Last week I was out for 3 days and just got to feeling better this morning. That means I’m rescheduling & working overtime to get my clients in that I missed last week.

This means, IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS, please cancel and I will work with you to get you in as soon as you feel better.
If you show up to your appointment, sick with any symptoms, I will cancel your appointment and send you back home. It’s not because I don’t care, it’s just that I care too much.

Please understand as I strive to promote a healthy environment to better your wellness and not take any chances to hinder anyone’s time or health. 🩷
