Our recent Women’s Retreat was all about togetherness and deep meditation. As we lay in the stillness of the gongs and bells, a sacred space opened up for everyone there. 🧘‍♀️

The peace and spiritual connection found in that room are seeds planted in the heart—they stay with you long after the day is over. What opened up within continues to grow. We’d love to have you in our next circle! Keep an eye on our feed for upcoming workshops and events at Thomas' Hope

Our recent Women’s Retreat was filled with so much more than just stillness—it was filled with smiles, heartfelt hugs, and the warmth of community. 🫂😊

Between the deep meditative bells and the transformative breathwork, a sacred door opened for everyone there. We believe that the spiritual connection found in this circle is like a seed planted in the heart; it stays with you, blooming long after the day is over.

We’d love for you to be part of our next circle! Keep an eye on our feed for upcoming Thomas’ Hope events. 🌬️🤍

There is a unique magic when women gather to heal. Our recent retreat was all about togetherness, deep meditation, and reconnecting with the spirit within. 🧘‍♀️✨

From the calming vibrations of instruments to the collective stillness of our shared breath, we created a space of absolute tranquility. Through sacred reflection, we reminded each other of the divinity we all carry even in the quietest moments.

We were so privileged to host a Women’s Retreat led by the incredible Tina. After navigating an aggressive cancer battle five years ago, Tina now helps others reconnect with the spirit within.

Through the theme of the Sacredness of Breath, she guided us in coming home to our bodies and opening up to our own inner divinity. A beautiful reminder that healing isn't just about the mind—it’s about the life we breathe into our very cells.

If you missed this powerful event, don't worry! We have so much more planned. Please be sure to follow our page and check back regularly to be on the lookout for all upcoming Thomas' Hope events and workshops. 🏠🤍

The "Heart Speaks" Open Mic Night isn't just about the person at the front of the room—it’s about the incredible community gathering around them. Without the warmth and support of this tribe, these moments of bravery wouldn't be possible.

Experience the power of being heard. Join us at our next Open Mic night and be heard by the Thomas' Hope Community!!

Growth is uncomfortable because it requires us to leave our comfort zones behind. As this quote says, becoming who we are meant to be means we can no longer remain who we were. Every step up that mountain is a step away from the old version of yourself and a step toward a stronger, healthier you.
Keep moving forward. Thomas' Hope Foundation is here for you on your own personal journey to recovery!!
